The CORSAIR NAUTILUS 240 RS is an all-in-one liquid cooler built for effective CPU thermal regulation. Its core components include a 240mm aluminum radiator and two 120mm RS120 ARGB fans. These fans deliver high static pressure and airflow, which are critical for moving air through the dense radiator fins. Through PWM control, fan speeds can be precisely adjusted from 0 to 2100 RPM, enabling a Zero RPM mode for silent operation under light processor loads. This configuration provides a balanced approach to performance and acoustic output.

The unit's pump head features a slightly convex copper cold plate, a design intended to improve thermal contact with the CPU's integrated heat spreader. The pump motor operates at speeds up to 3000 RPM with a noise level rated at 20 dB. For lighting, the ARGB system connects directly to a standard motherboard header, which streamlines installation by removing the need for a dedicated controller. The cooler includes 400mm of flexible, low-permeation braided tubing to support installation in a variety of chassis sizes.
