The thermal structure features four embedded heat pipes which utilize a copper direct contact base plate for efficient thermal transfer away from the CPU integrated heat spreader. The cooler assembly utilizes an aluminium fin stack for heat dissipation and measures 152 mm in height, 74 mm in width, and 125 mm in depth.

Air is moved by a single 120 mm fan across the fin array, generating an airflow of 70.7 CFM and a static pressure of 3.61 mmH₂O. Fan speed is dynamically controlled via Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), operating between 690 RPM and 2500 RPM. The acoustic profile is rated at 32.8 dB under maximum operational load.
