The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 are true wireless earbuds equipped with a dual dynamic driver system, which includes an 11mm woofer and a coaxial tweeter. This coaxial acoustic architecture supports a frequency response range of 10 Hz to 40,000 Hz. The in-ear design provides passive noise isolation and is intended to create a secure seal within the ear canal. For wireless communication, the earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 technology, offering a standard range of 10 meters and compatibility with LHDC 5.0, AAC, and SBC audio codecs.

These earbuds incorporate an adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) system rated to reduce ambient sound by up to 50dB. Each earbud contains a three-microphone array to facilitate clear voice pickup and noise reduction during calls. The total battery life, including the capacity of the charging case, provides up to 43 hours of audio playback. The system supports fast charging via a USB-C connection.
