The 39-gram unit includes a silicone band designed to fit wrist sizes from 126mm to 203mm.

A suite of sensors provides comprehensive health and activity data, including an optical wrist-based heart rate monitor and a Pulse Ox blood oxygen sensor. The watch delivers training metrics such as VO2 max, recovery time, and PacePro guidance to inform performance. A barometric altimeter supplies precise elevation data, complemented by detailed sleep tracking with a sleep score and continuous stress monitoring functions.

The device connects to compatible iOS and Android smartphones via Bluetooth for smart notifications and syncs with external sensors using ANT+. It features Garmin Pay for contactless transactions and offers over 25 built-in sports profiles with automatic activity detection. The internal battery provides up to 11 days of operation in smartwatch mode or up to 19 hours with the GPS active.
