This cooling solution features eight 6mm nickel-plated copper heat pipes that efficiently transfer heat from the base plate to the extensive aluminum fin stacks. The dual-tower configuration maximizes the total available heat dissipation surface area, supporting stable performance even under sustained high processor utilization. Construction materials include a nickel-plated copper base plate and nickel-plated aluminum fins.

Active cooling is managed by two 140mm fans, designated NF-A14x25r G2, utilizing the proprietary SSO bearing technology. These fans operate within a speed range of 450 RPM to 1500 RPM, delivering a maximum airflow rate of 91.58 CFM.
