The NZXT H7 Flow RGB is a mid-tower ATX case engineered for high airflow and thermal performance. Its construction features perforated front and top panels to optimize air intake, paired with a tempered glass side panel for viewing internal components. The chassis is built from SGCC steel and is designed for systems that require substantial cooling capacity. This model integrates front-mounted ARGB illumination, providing customizable lighting for the build.

Internal space is configured for broad hardware compatibility, supporting motherboards up to the E-ATX form factor. The case accommodates large components, including CPU coolers with a maximum height of 185 mm. For liquid cooling setups, it offers mounting locations for radiators as large as 420 mm in the front, 360 mm at the top, and 360 mm at the bottom. The cooling system is further supported by mounts for up to ten fans across the chassis.

To assist with the assembly process, the design includes features such as cable management channels and tie-down points. Storage capacity consists of a drive cage that supports two 3.5-inch drives and dedicated mounts for four 2.5-inch drives. The front I/O panel provides two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack for peripheral connections.
