TP-Link TL-POE4818G - Passive Power over Ethernet Injector, White

The TP-Link TL-POE4818G 48V Passive PoE Injector provides power to network devices that do not have a nearby mains outlet. It combines 48V DC power and data into a single Ethernet cable, delivering up to 18W through its output port. Supporting data rates of 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, the adapter maintains Gigabit performance for connected equipment. It is designed for hardware that requires passive PoE, such as specific wireless access points or surveillance cameras, allowing for installation in areas where electrical wiring is unavailable.

The unit features a white, wall-mountable chassis. As a plug-and-play device, it requires no software configuration. A front-panel LED indicates the power status during operation. It maintains signal integrity over a range of up to 100 metres, supporting cable standards including Cat3, Cat4, Cat5, Cat5e, and Cat6. The device connects non-PoE network switches to powered equipment using its two RJ45 ports.
