The Thermaltake TH360 V2 Ultra is a 360mm all-in-one liquid CPU cooler engineered for thermal management in medium to large PC chassis. A primary feature is its 480x480 resolution LCD screen integrated into the pump cap, which allows for the display of real-time system metrics or custom images. The system utilizes an aluminum radiator and a copper cold plate to facilitate heat transfer away from the CPU. Thermal dissipation is handled by three included CT120 ARGB 120mm fans designed to move air effectively through the radiator fins.

The unit's three PWM fans operate at speeds from 500 to 2000 RPM, producing a maximum airflow of 57.05 CFM and static pressure of 2.23 mmH₂O. For installation, a daisy-chain design for the fan cables simplifies wiring and reduces the number of motherboard headers needed. The cooler supports a wide range of modern and legacy CPU sockets from both Intel and AMD. Its addressable RGB lighting is compatible with synchronization software from major motherboard manufacturers, including ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, and MSI Mystic Light Sync.
