The MSI MAG PANO M100R PZ is a Micro-ATX tower case constructed for component visibility and thermal performance. It features tempered glass panels that provide a panoramic view of the internal hardware. The chassis accommodates Micro-ATX and ITX motherboards, with specific support for back-connect motherboard layouts to facilitate cleaner cable routing. This design, combined with included cable management provisions, helps achieve an organized build.

The cooling system includes four pre-installed 120 mm ARGB fans, with three reverse-blade models on the side for direct intake and one at the rear for exhaust. The chassis supports flexible liquid cooling configurations, with mounting locations for a radiator up to 360 mm on the top panel and up to 140 mm at the rear. Storage options include support for one 3.5-inch drive and two 2.5-inch drives. An integrated controller allows for management of the ARGB lighting via a dedicated front panel button.
