The ASUS TUF Gaming TR120 is a 120 mm case fan designed with a reverse-blade orientation. This configuration is intended for intake airflow applications where the illuminated side of the fan needs to face into the chassis. By reversing the blade pitch, it maintains a conventional intake airflow direction while presenting its front hub and ARGB lighting. The fan measures 120 x 120 x 28 mm, making its thickness slightly larger than a standard 25 mm fan.

Performance is managed via a 4-pin PWM connector, allowing for a rotational speed range of 0 to 2000 RPM. At maximum speed, the fan is specified to move up to 76.3 CFM of air and produce 2.75 mmH2O of static pressure, making it suitable for use in areas with restricted airflow like radiators or dense mesh panels. The lighting system consists of a dual-layer array with 16 addressable LEDs, which can be synchronized using a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB header. The unit operates with a hydraulic bearing and is rated for a maximum noise level of 29 dB.
