Cooling is handled by an optimized fifth-generation pump that operates at a fixed speed of 3400 RPM, circulating liquid through an aluminum radiator. This design provides a comprehensive thermal solution intended for modern high-performance processors.

The cooler includes two 120mm fans that utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings for improved longevity and acoustics. These fans are PWM-controlled, with a rotational speed ranging from 500 to 2150 RPM, allowing for a balance between airflow and noise levels. At maximum speed, they produce 72.45 CFM of airflow and 4.32 mmH₂O of static pressure, which is effective for moving air through the radiator's fin array.
