The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 MINI BLACK is an air cooling solution engineered for chassis requiring reduced vertical clearance. This dual-tower heatsink measures 135 mm in height, facilitating compatibility with compact systems, including many Mini-ITX builds. Thermal dissipation is managed by six 6 mm copper heat pipes extending from a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base plate. This construction prioritizes efficient thermal transfer from the CPU integrated heat spreader to the extensive aluminum fin arrays.

Cooling performance is delivered by two 120 mm TL-D12B fans utilizing S-FDB bearings for operational stability. Both installed fans operate at a fixed rotational speed of 1500 RPM, producing a maximum airflow of 66.87 CFM and generating 1.53 mmH2O of static pressure. The maximum measured noise level during operation is rated at 25.6 dB, maintaining reduced acoustic output. PWM control is supported via the 4-pin fan connector, and the mounting kit accommodates current Intel LGA1700 and AMD AM5 platforms.
