The Thermalright Frozen Vision 360 is an all-in-one liquid cooler designed for effective thermal management of high-performance CPUs. It is constructed with a 360mm aluminum radiator paired with three 120mm TL-K12W fans. These fans are specified to generate 2.87 mmH₂O of static pressure, a metric relevant for pushing air through the dense fin array of a radiator. The use of S-FDB V2 bearings is intended to reduce operational noise and increase the component's service life, rated at 40,000 hours MTTF.

This cooling system provides broad hardware compatibility, supporting recent sockets like Intel's LGA1700/1851 and AMD's AM5 platforms. The 3000 RPM pump and the system fans connect via 4-pin PWM headers, which enables automatic speed control based on CPU temperature for a balance between cooling and acoustics. For visual customization, the unit incorporates addressable RGB lighting on both the pump head and fans. This lighting system synchronizes with major motherboard ecosystems using a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB connector.
