The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE Black is a dual-tower air cooler engineered for high thermal load handling across multiple CPU platforms. Heat is managed by a nickel-plated copper base plate transferring thermal energy through seven 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes. This array is integrated into dense aluminum fin stacks designed for expansive surface area cooling. The system is actively cooled by dual 120 mm fans operating in a push-pull configuration.

The unit measures 154 mm in height, providing compatibility with most standard mid-tower computer chassis that accommodate tall cooling solutions. The included 120 mm fans utilize S-FDB bearings and deliver a maximum static pressure of 1.53 mmH₂O. Fan rotational speed is controlled via PWM input, scaling up to 1500 RPM while limiting noise emission to 25.6 dB at maximum operational speed. Installation is supported across modern Intel LGA1700/1851 and AMD AM5 sockets.
