The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE is a high-performance, dual-tower air cooler designed for efficient thermal dissipation under heavy CPU loads. Heat is transferred from the processor via a nickel-plated copper base plate to six 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes. These pipes distribute thermal energy across two dense aluminum fin arrays. The cooler utilizes a push-pull configuration with two 120 mm fans to ensure continuous airflow across both heatsink towers.

Both included 120 mm fans incorporate Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) for operational stability and longevity. Fan speed is managed through 4-pin PWM control, allowing rotational speeds up to 1550 RPM to optimize between acoustic output and cooling demands. At maximum speed, the fans deliver 66.17 CFM of airflow and 1.53 mmH₂O static pressure, maintaining a maximum noise profile of 25.6 dB. The total assembly stands 155 mm tall, offering compatibility with current Intel LGA 1700/1851 and AMD AM5 sockets.
