The AXP120-X67 is a low-profile CPU cooler designed specifically for chassis configurations requiring restricted vertical clearance, measuring 52mm in total height. It maintains effective thermal transfer using six high-performance copper heat pipes, each measuring 6mm in diameter. The base plate is constructed from C1100 pure copper and is nickel-plated to ensure direct contact and sustained efficiency with the processor's integrated heat spreader. This construction works to minimize the thermal resistance between the CPU die and the copper fin stack.

Thermal management is handled by a single 120mm TL-C12015B-S fan employing Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control for dynamic speed adjustment. This slim fan operates at a maximum speed of 1800 RPM, delivering 59 CFM of airflow and 1.36 mmH₂O of static pressure to effectively push air through the dense fin array. The fan utilizes an S-FDB bearing intended for stable, long-term operation, limiting acoustic output to 26.1 dBA at maximum rotational speed.
