Heat transfer away from the CPU contact plate is facilitated by a structure incorporating an aluminum fin stack and four 6 mm heat pipes. This cooler supports broad compatibility with current generation processor platforms, including Intel LGA 1700/1851 and AMD AM5 sockets, ensuring effective thermal control across various workload demands.

Active heat exchange is managed by two 120 mm fans that utilize a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) for reliable operation. The fans are rated to operate up to 1500 RPM, delivering a maximum airflow of 66.17 CFM against 1.53 mmH2O of static pressure. Integration with the system motherboard is provided through a 4-pin connector with Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) support, enabling automated speed regulation based on thermal load.
