The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 is a thermal pad designed to transfer heat across uneven surfaces. Formulated from ceramic silicone and nano aluminium oxide, it provides a thermal conductivity of 8 W/m·K. Each 1.0 mm thick pad is electrically non-conductive and functions within a temperature range of -100 °C to +250 °C. This two-pack consists of pads measuring 120 mm by 20 mm, suitable for cooling VRMs and memory chips. The material is compressible for easy application and is RoHS-compliant.
