The NH-U12S DX-4677 is an air cooling solution engineered specifically for Intel Xeon Scalable processors utilizing the LGA4677 socket. This cooler adapts the proven single-tower NH-U12S heatsink architecture with a significantly enlarged copper base plate to ensure optimal contact across the large Xeon integrated heat spreader. Heat is efficiently transferred using five 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes, all protected by a nickel-plated finish.
Two high-performance NF-A12x25 120 mm fans are configured in a push-pull arrangement to maximize thermal dissipation through the aluminum fin stack. Fan speeds are dynamically controlled via a 4-pin PWM connection, ranging from 450 RPM up to 2000 RPM. This configuration delivers a maximum airflow of 60.09 CFM while maintaining an acoustic output of 22.6 dB. The cooler has a total installed height of 158 mm and utilizes SSO2 bearing technology, rated for 150,000 hours MTBF.
