The fēnix 7S Pro Solar is a multisport GPS watch with a Power Glass™ solar charging lens to extend battery life. It provides advanced training metrics, including Hill Score for uphill performance analysis and Real-Time Stamina for managing exertion. The device is equipped for navigation with preloaded TopoActive maps and multi-band GPS with SatIQ™ technology, which optimizes for positioning accuracy and power consumption.

Its 42mm fiber-reinforced polymer case houses a 1.2-inch transflective memory-in-pixel display that is readable in direct sunlight. The watch delivers health insights through 24/7 monitoring of heart rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV) status, and blood oxygen saturation. It incorporates a full sensor suite, including a barometric altimeter, and features a built-in LED flashlight.

Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth, ANT+, and Wi-Fi for pairing with external sensors and smartphones. The device supports smart notifications, has 32GB of onboard storage for music, and facilitates contactless payments through Garmin Pay.
