The AEROCOOL Falcon is a mid-tower ATX case designed with an emphasis on airflow and integrated lighting. Its front panel is constructed with a full mesh lattice, which allows for direct air intake to cool internal components. The chassis includes four pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans—three at the front and one at the rear—to establish a baseline thermal solution out of the box. A tempered glass side panel offers an unobstructed view of the system's interior hardware and illumination effects, which can be controlled via a dedicated button or compatible motherboard software.

Component and cooling compatibility is a key aspect of this case's design. It supports liquid cooling radiators up to 360mm in the front and 120mm at the rear, in addition to top-mounted fans. The interior accommodates ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, with specific clearances for CPU coolers up to 157mm in height and power supplies up to 154mm in length. For storage, the chassis provides mounts for a combination of 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives, alongside seven standard expansion slots for peripheral cards.
