The Aerocool Bolt Mini is a Mini Tower chassis engineered to support Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboard builds. The case is constructed from 0.5mm SPCC steel with an ABS plastic front panel that features integrated RGB illumination. A full acrylic side panel provides a clear view of the internal components. Its compact dimensions are suitable for setups where desktop space is a primary consideration, and the internal layout is designed for a bottom-mounted ATX power supply.

For thermal management, the case comes with a single 120mm fan pre-installed in the rear exhaust position. It offers additional cooling potential with mounts for two 120mm fans at the front and two 120mm fans at the top. Liquid cooling is also supported, accommodating 120mm radiators in both the front and rear locations. Key component clearances include a maximum CPU cooler height of 158mm and a maximum PSU length of 186mm.

The front panel includes a dedicated button for controlling the 13 preset lighting modes, which consist of six RGB flow and seven static color effects. The top-accessible I/O panel provides one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, two USB 2.0 ports, and HD audio and microphone jacks. Internal build-assisting features include provisions for cable management and a removable dust filter for the power supply intake.
