This low-profile air cooler is specifically engineered for AMD AM5 sockets, targeting high-efficiency thermal management within space-constrained systems, such as HTPC or Small Form Factor (SFF) chassis. The unit maintains an overall height of 37 mm, ensuring necessary clearance above adjacent system RAM modules and primary PCIe slots. The thermal transfer assembly consists of a copper base plate and aluminum cooling fins. Heat is collected by the base and distributed across the fin array via two integrated heat pipes.

Thermal dissipation is managed by a single 92 mm NF-A9x14 fan, which is controlled using a 4-pin Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) connector. The fan operates within a rotational speed range from 600 RPM up to a maximum of 2500 RPM. At maximum output, the cooler produces 57.5 CFM of airflow with a peak noise level of 23.6 dB.
