The device is OS-independent, making it compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chrome OS without the need for additional software. It connects via a USB-C port and includes both USB-C to Type-A and USB-C to Type-C adapters for broad connectivity.

The SSD features a color touchscreen for PIN-based access and management of security settings directly on the unit. Data is protected by XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption and specialized defenses against brute-force attacks and BadUSB. Users can configure dual read-only modes to prevent malware or accidental data overwrites during access. An adjustable timeout function is also included to automatically lock the drive after a period of inactivity.
