The Aruba Instant On AP25 is a dual-band indoor access point that uses the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard. It features a 4x4 MU-MIMO radio configuration to communicate efficiently with multiple clients. The device provides data transfer rates of up to 4800 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 574 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band. Integrated Mesh technology extends wireless coverage throughout the workspace. The unit supports up to 100 devices, making it suitable for medium-sized offices or shared work areas.

A 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port provides a high-speed network uplink. The device is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE), which simplifies installation in locations without nearby power sockets. For security, it supports WPA2, WPA3, and Opportunistic Wireless Encryption (OWE) protocols. Administrators manage the system through a web-based interface that includes tools for guest access and firmware updates. A USB 2.0 port is located on the white chassis for secondary connectivity.
