The CORSAIR HS65 SURROUND is an over-ear wired gaming headset built with 50mm neodymium drivers that produce a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. It supports Dolby Audio 7.1 surround sound when connected to a PC or Mac via the included USB adapter, providing positional audio cues. For wider system compatibility, the headset also offers a standard 3.5 mm connection. This model integrates SoundID technology, which enables users to create a personalized audio profile through software.

Designed for extended use, the headset features an aluminum-reinforced construction and weighs 282 grams. The earcups are fitted with memory foam and a leatherette covering for passive noise isolation. An omnidirectional boom microphone is attached for voice communication and includes a flip-to-mute function for convenience. All volume adjustments can be made directly on the headset using a rotary control dial located on the earcup.
