The HyperX Cloud Stinger is a wired gaming headset officially licensed for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles. It is equipped with 50mm dynamic drivers and features a closed-back acoustic system intended to provide directional audio for gaming. The headset delivers stereo sound with a frequency response of 18 Hz to 23,000 Hz and an impedance of 30 Ω. It connects to a compatible device via an integrated 1.3-meter cable terminating in a 3.5mm connector.

Constructed for extended gaming sessions, this over-ear headset weighs 275 grams and incorporates memory foam in its earcups. The headband is reinforced with adjustable steel sliders for fit and durability, while the earcups can rotate 90 degrees. For in-game communication, it includes a unidirectional boom microphone with a noise-cancellation function. The microphone can be muted by swiveling it into an upward position, and audio levels are managed with a volume slider located on the earcup.
