The CORSAIR 7000D AIRFLOW is a full-tower chassis constructed from a combination of steel, plastic, and tempered glass. Its primary design is centered on maximizing cooling potential, with a high-airflow front panel and an expansive interior. This design accommodates complex cooling configurations, allowing for simultaneous installation of multiple large radiators on the front, top, and side panels. A full-view tempered glass side panel offers an unobstructed view of internal components, and dust filters are included for the main intakes to simplify maintenance.

The case provides extensive compatibility for large-scale builds, supporting motherboards up to the E-ATX form factor and providing 11 expansion slots. It includes numerous drive mounts, with six 3.5-inch bays and four 2.5-inch bays for substantial storage capacity. The build process is facilitated by an integrated cable management system with ample space behind the motherboard tray. The front I/O panel is equipped with four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, and a combination audio jack for peripheral access.
