The Poly Voyager Focus 2 Office is a binaural headset designed for call centres and professional workspaces. It features dual connectivity, allowing users to connect via cable or wirelessly via Bluetooth. Active noise cancelling technology filters out ambient noise to improve audio clarity, while the built-in microphone provides clear voice transmission. The headset is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. With a wireless range of up to 91 metres, users can move freely away from their devices, and the battery provides a standby time of up to 720 hours.

The headset features an adjustable headband and on-ear speaker cups in black. Weighing 175 grams, it remains comfortable during long shifts. Call and audio controls are built directly into the unit, including volume and a mute function. LED indicators show the operational status. The battery charges in approximately two hours via the included USB-A cable, and the headset comes with a carrying case for protection during transport.
