The ASUS ROG Cetra II Core is a wired in-ear headset designed for multi-platform gaming. It is equipped with 10 mm ASUS Essence drivers constructed from liquid silicone rubber (LSR) to deliver stable audio output with distinct bass. The headset connects via a standard 3.5 mm jack, providing broad compatibility with PC, Mac, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox consoles, Nintendo Switch, and mobile phones. Its 1.25 m cable terminates in a 90-degree connector, which is intended to reduce interference during handheld use. The wide frequency response of 20 Hz to 40,000 Hz allows the drivers to reproduce a detailed range of sound.

Constructed with a lightweight metal housing, the headset weighs 18 grams. For a secure and comfortable fit during extended use, the design incorporates removable ear fins and includes multiple sets of ear tips in both LSR and foam materials.
