The DELTACO USB-1 is a 30 cm internal cable designed to add two USB Type-A ports to a PC chassis. It connects to a motherboard’s 2x5-pin IDC header, converting it into two female USB 2.0 ports. This allows for the direct connection of internal peripherals, removing the need for an external hub.

At 30 cm in length, the cable offers flexible routing within most standard computer cases. Its nickel-finished connectors are lightweight, at 30 g, which prevents mechanical stress on the motherboard pins. The cable supports plug-and-play functionality, provided the host motherboard and operating system support standard internal USB headers. Please note that this cable is not compatible with macOS. The design helps keep internal USB devices tucked away from the external I/O panel.
