The BenQ LU960UST is an ultra-short-throw projector designed for professional installations, delivering a native WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Its connectivity options accommodate a range of sources, featuring three HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort, and two VGA inputs. An Ethernet LAN port enables network control and integration into existing systems, while a USB 2.0 port is available for direct media connections from external storage devices.

Utilizing a DLP projection system and a laser light source, the projector produces 5200 ANSI lumens of brightness with a 3,000,000:1 static contrast ratio. The laser is rated for up to 20,000 hours of standard use or 38,000 hours in economic mode, which reduces maintenance requirements. This model is compatible with 3D content and supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) to provide enhanced color and contrast for applicable source material.

The 0.25 throw ratio allows the LU960UST to project a 100- to 150-inch image from a short distance, reducing cast shadows in presentation environments. It supports versatile placement on a ceiling, table, or for front and rear projection configurations. Image alignment is managed with ±30° horizontal and vertical keystone correction and a 122% vertical lens shift. The package includes a remote control and an AC power cable for setup.
