The AeroCool Cylon is a mid-tower chassis constructed from 0.5mm steel with a full acrylic side panel for viewing internal components. It accommodates standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, providing a flexible foundation for a variety of system builds. The front panel incorporates a distinctive RGB lighting strip with 13 selectable modes, which are managed via a dedicated button on the top I/O panel. This I/O section also includes one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, audio jacks, and an integrated card reader for direct media access.

The case supports multiple cooling configurations, including space for up to three 120mm front fans and a front-mounted 240mm radiator for liquid cooling systems. A single 120mm exhaust fan is pre-installed at the rear to facilitate initial airflow. For storage, it provides dedicated bays for two 3.5-inch drives and two 2.5-inch drives. Its dual-chamber design separates the bottom-mounted power supply and drive cages from the main hardware area, which can assist with thermal management and organized cable routing.
