TP-Link RE650 - Wi-Fi Range Extender, White

The TP-Link RE650 AC2600 Wi-Fi range extender extends the signal of an existing home or office network. It uses the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard and reaches theoretical data transfer rates of up to 2600 Mbit/s. This dual-band device operates on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, delivering up to 800 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 1733 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band. By relaying data from the primary router to distant areas, it helps reduce signal drops.

The unit features four external antennas to provide coverage across large floor plans. A Gigabit Ethernet port on the side allows for wired connections to static devices. The white unit plugs directly into an AC wall outlet. Users can set up the device using either the built-in WPS button or the web-based management interface. An indicator light provides visual feedback to help you find the optimal location relative to the router. The device is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
