AKASA AK-460 Thermal Paste

The AKASA AK-460 thermal paste facilitates heat transfer between a processor and its heatsink. It works by filling air pockets with a thermally conductive medium to improve cooling efficiency. With a thermal conductivity rating of 3.3 W/m·K, it is suitable for standard PC builds. The paste is compatible with all Intel and AMD processor sockets and can also be used on graphics chips and motherboard chipsets. The non-conductive formula ensures that the material remains safe for hardware should any excess paste touch electrical traces.
